Congratulations to LSD team rider Oscar Berry for his impressive equal 3rd placing at the WSL Nias Pro.
Held in pumping waves from Sept 11-17 Oscar smashed his way to the semi-finals.
Oscar was riding a rounded pin LSD GT Luke shaped for the event 5'10" x 18 3/4" x 2 7/16 @ 28.25L (Oscar is ~ 75kg).
Based on Oscars' favourite squash tail GT, the rounded pin version in combination with a foiled tail, helps keep the board in the water at higher speeds and lets Oscar drive hard through his turns.
Although the GT is aimed at a high calibre of surfer, LSD also offers the GT-X which is a more approachable version for the everyday punter.
