Shipping policy

• We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders over $70 to customers in QLD, NSW, VIC and ACT, with a flat $10 rate for orders less than $70.
• WA, SA, TAS & NT are charged $80 for surfboard shipping (orders over $70). Orders under $70 are charged a $20 flat rate.

Please note that we sometimes need to collect items from our retail stores before fulfilment and this means that any domestic orders placed by 12pm AEST will be shipped on the next business day, barring any unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be shipped within 2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently DO NOT offer shipping internationally.

• We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
• We don’t deliver orders on Sundays or holidays.
• You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been processed.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
• Orders are unable to be collected from our warehouse.
